List of PANs frozen on account of Non-Delivery of SCN / Orders in cases of inadequate KYCS

Steps for Reactivation of the demat account / PAN of Noticee / Addressee:

If the Noticee / Addressee approach the Depository Participants (DPs) for reactivation of demat account, the below mentioned procedure shall be followed:


  • Noticee / Addressee shall provide copy of updated proof of address; and

  • Signed acknowledgement of receipt of SCN/ order issued by SEBI as per prescribed format by SEBI (Annexure-A)
  • Based on a foresaid documents, the respective DPs shall update the address in the KYC records as per extant norms.
