CDSL has attained membership of The Asia Pacific Central Securities Depository Group (ACG). The ACG is an organisation that facilitates exchange of information and promotes mutual assistance among member depositories and clearing organisations in the Asia-Pacific region. The ACG has 22 member organisations from 16 countries in the region. Prominent among them are the depositories from Korea, Japan, Singapore, The Reserve Bank of New Zealand and the clearing organisation (Austraclear Limited.) from Australia.

Membership of this organisation is expected to help CDSL in enhancing its knowledge base and contributing to the development of other member organisations, in the following fields:
