TCS LIMITED - IPO Issue

For the IPO issue of TCS Limited, Beneficial Owners (BOs) should note that on the basis of the DP ID and Client ID, provided in the application, registrar would obtain details of the BOs such as name, address, bank details from the Depository database for printing the refund orders, if any.

Since the address, bank details, etc. would be retrieved from the Depository database, BOs are requested to take special care to update correct information pertaining to their demat account details i.e. address, bank details, etc., by approaching their DPs.

Further, as per the SEBI guidelines, it is mandatory, for the Issuer/RTA to print bank details on the refund orders. In the absence of the bank details, the applications are liable to be rejected. BOs are requested to take note of the same and arrange to ensure that these details are updated promptly.
