SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF THE REGISTRAR                      M/S SINDHU CORPORATE SERVICES LIMITED

Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its order dated June 18, 2004 has suspended the certificate of registration granted to M/s. Sindhu Corporate Services Limited, Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA -INR000001732) for a period of three months i.e. from Jul 10, 2004 to Oct 9, 2004.

Since, the said Registrar will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Registrar and Transfer Agent from July 10, 2004 to October 9, 2004. DPs are advised not to generate any dematerialisation/ rematerialisation requests for its client companies and not to send any documents to Sindhu Corporate Services Limited till such time alternate arrangements are made by it's client companies. CDSL demat account holders are requested to take note of the same. CDSL shall from time to time intimate the companies for which the dematerialisation/ rematerialisation could be sent.
